Welcome to our RotaKids Road cleanup on Tuesday, November 29, 2011
Today All the RotaKids worked hard and collected 45 lbs of trash plus the four tires below. With tires at about 25 lbs apiece that comes to a total of 145 lbs collected. One of the important parts of the road cleanup is the safety of the children. An adult is always to be between the children and the roadway. One of the things your photographer does is to stop traffic in both directions whenever there will be children crossing the road. These are great kids. They work hard but I have observed that the groups that work at the roads edge are always looking around for traffic. Now all we have to do is to figure out what to do with the tires. WAY TO GO ROTAKIDS!
